All our bikes and products are available through click and collect only. Once you’ve placed your order online, we’ll get your bike built, safety-checked, and ready to roll. We’ll give you a ring or email as soon as it’s ready for collection from our Lucan shop.

How long does it take to collect my bike after ordering?

We aim to have most bikes ready for collection within 2–5 working days, depending on stock and setup. If there’s any delay or special order involved, we’ll let you know straight away — no messing about.

Can I get my bike serviced even if I didn’t buy it from you?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work on any bike, no matter where you got it. Whether it’s a puncture fix, full tune-up, or custom build, just bring it in and we’ll take care of it.

Do you offer bike repairs or maintenance?

Yes — it’s one of the biggest parts of what we do. From brake adjustments and gear tuning to full overhauls, our workshop handles it all. You can drop your bike in anytime, and we’ll let you know when it’ll be ready.

Do your bikes come fully assembled?

Yes. Every bike purchased through click and collect is fully assembled, safety-checked, and ready to ride by our qualified mechanics before pickup.

Of course. Whether you’re buying your first bike or upgrading, we’ll make sure you get the right fit and style for how and where you ride. You can pop into the shop for advice before ordering or give us a call — we’re always happy to help.
