We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Stagg Cycles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


 

30-Day Return Policy

 


We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after collecting your item to request a return.


To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, call us on (01) 628 3022. Please note that all returns must be brought back to our Lucan store in person.

Damages & Issues

 


When you collect your order in-store, we’ll inspect the item with you to ensure everything’s in working order. If you later notice a fault or issue, bring it back to the shop and we’ll repair or exchange it where possible.

 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Some items can’t be returned, including:

 

  • Perishable goods (like oils, grease, or fluids)

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 


We also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure about your item, give us a ring before returning it.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


If you’d like to swap an item, the quickest way is to return it to us in-store. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.

 

 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If you’re in the EU and your order was shipped, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, as Stagg Cycles operates on a click & collect basis only, this generally won’t apply to most purchases made through our store.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
